We are excited to officially announce the opening of our fourth store next to People’s Pharmacy and across from Central Market on North Lamar. Since 2010, EcoClean management has focused on expanding its service to the neighborhoods and communities that support its vision. We are excited to now be stationed closer to the Rosedale and Hyde Park neighborhoods as part of that mission.
EcoClean has been providing an eco-friendly alternative to dry-cleaning since 1996, and Austin’s health-centered, environmentally-conscious community has helped us grow. The new location on North Lamar is only one part of our recent efforts to enhance our relationship with the Austin community. We recently launched a new website feature, Customer Connect, which enables clients to register for free delivery service online. This feature also lets customers track orders and update their information at their convenience. EcoClean also recently became the first local cleaner to offer a mobile app that allows customers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries and check when their order is ready from their phone.
Along with these additions, EcoClean still offers the same great services that have fueled our development over the years. Extraordinary customer service, an easy-to-use website, and our cleaning expertise continue to make us the best of the best.
Coming soon, EcoClean will be moving its production to a larger facility to handle our booming volume of items. Other exciting services coming up include a 24-hour turnaround option for all our locations, delivery lockers in select apartment and dorm complexes, and much more. Stay tuned!
